I’m currently writing a (MUCH) more detailed version of what I’ve done to lose weight, but here’s the basic breakdown of my diet and routine.
Diet:
7:00-7:30am – Breakfast – Oatmeal (2% milk, splenda) with Water or Light/Diet Juice that’s low on calories and sugar
or Cereal (Rice Crispies or Corn Flakes)
9:30am-10:30am – Between Meals – Light Yogurt or Fruit (Apple) and Water
11:30am-Noon – Lunch – Baked/Mashed Potatoe(s) with Skinless Chicken (Light on the herbs and spices)
2:00pm-3:00pm – Between Meals – Light Yogurt or Fruit (Apple) and Water
5:00pm-6:00pm – Dinner – Baked/Mashed Potatoe(s) with Skinless Chicken (Light on the herbs and spices)
or Wheat Pasta with Chicken & Tomatoes (No sauce)
or Cereal (Rice Crispies or Corn Flakes)
- Obviously this has changed since my semester started and am still trying to find a balance while I’m in college. So I shall post about that in the near future -
Exercise: (Basic)
40-50 Minutes of Cardio – Around 25 minutes of walking, around 25 minutes of running
